PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The acting director of the Environmental Protection Agency was in Philadelphia on Thursday to announce what’s being billed as the "first-ever, comprehensive national plan" to address contaminants in drinking water, especially around military bases like the Horsham Airbase. Critics say it’s a start, but a lot more needs to be done.
