HARRISBURG—Rep. Todd Stephens (R-Montgomery) today announced that Sunday’s free screening of the movie “Dark Waters” has been postponed following Hatboro-Horsham High School’s decision to cancel all evening and weekend events scheduled at the school to reduce possible exposure to the coronavirus, known as COVID-19.
The movie was to be shown March 15 at the high school.
“I completely support the school’s decision to limit potential exposure to the virus by limiting the number of outside events,” Stephens said. “We all need to do everything in our power to protect our families, from washing our hands to self-isolation.”
The event, which was co-sponsored by the Buxmont Coalition for Safer Water, the Sierra Club of Pennsylvania, Conservation Voters of PA and Clean Water Action, will be rescheduled for a later date.
