Area Lawmakers, Korean Community Leaders to Highlight State Grant Allowing Construction of Peace Park to Move Forward

WHAT: Area lawmakers and Korean community leaders will highlight details of a state grant to help fund construction of the planned Korean War Memorial America-Korean Alliance Peace Park in Montgomery Township.

WHO: Reps. Kate Harper (R-Montgomery), Todd Stephens (R-Montgomery) and Tom Murt (R-Montgomery/Philadelphia); Sen. Stewart Greenleaf (R-Montgomery/Bucks); and officials with the Korean War Memorial America-Korean Alliance Peace Park Master Bong Pil Yang, general secretary, and Kwang Soo Lee, co-chairman.

WHEN: Thursday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m.
