Hearing on the Behavior of Former PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane
Rep. Todd Stephens chaired the Nov. 14 Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts hearing on the behavior of former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane.
Kane was convicted in October of felony perjury and obstruction of justice for leaking grand jury material to the media to embarrass a rival and then lying about it under oath. She was sentenced to 10 to 23 months in prison. Stephens’ hearing looked deeper into her other behavior in office.
